Dr. Xiaodai Dong received one of the newly launched NSERC Discovery Accelarator Supplements
June 21, 2007 - Dr. Xiaodai Dong received one of the newly launched NSERC Discovery Accelerator Supplements (DAS) this year in addition to her NSERC Discovery Grant. "The Discovery Accelerator Supplements provides substantial and timely additional resources in order to accelerate progress and maximize the impact of outstanding research programs."
The DAS funding is $120,000 over three years. This was one of only 19 such supplements awarded in Engineering in 2007.
