UVic Alumni Event Registration Cancellation Policy

Refunds for event registrations need to be requested five (5) business days before the event date. All refunds will be subject to a nominal administration fee.

Please note that cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will NOT be available for registrants who do not attend an event. Cancellations will be accepted via phone (1-250-721-6000) or e-mail (alumni@uvic.ca) and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.

All refunds will usually be processed after the event date.
