Program planning & support for undergraduate students
Deciding what to study, planning your program, choosing courses, preparing to graduate, and plotting out next steps; university involves research, study, writing, math—and that's before you even get to class.
The Academic Advising Centre is here with the resources, tools, tips, and people who can make sure you have the information you need to make the decisions that are right for you.
September 8th - 19th, 2026
During this busy time at the start of the term, we will only be offering same day, first-come/ first-served appointments. Due to high demand, we strongly recommend visiting our front counter at the Jamie Cassels Centre A203 (2nd floor) in person to make an appointment. It’s best to arrive in the morning to book for the same day (we open at 8:30 a.m. and will be closed from 12 - 1p.m. for lunch). If you can’t come to campus, you can call us at 250-721-7567 ext. 6, but please be prepared for a wait or call back if we are busy. Thank you for your patience.
