About

Originally from Turkmenistan, I hold a master’s degree in Psychology, which has fueled my desire to deepen my understanding of human behavior and develop effective communication strategies.

As a program assistant at IGOV, I am excited to apply my expertise by helping faculty to support the development and implementation of academic programs. In this role, I am committed to enhancing the educational experience for both students and faculty.

I am passionate about fostering an inclusive, supportive environment that encourages learning and personal growth. I look forward to contributing to the vibrant academic community at the University of Victoria and collaborating on innovative educational initiatives.

Outside of work, I enjoy engaging in cultural exchanges and exploring new ideas that deepen my appreciation for diverse perspectives.
