Xiang Sheng was born in Harbin, China, in 1990. He received the B.Eng. degree in control science and engineering from the Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China, in 2013. Currently, he is pursuing the MASc degree with the Applied Control and Information Processing Laboratory in the University of Victoria, BC, Canada.

His current research interests include structure design for the quadreped, multi-legged walking robot modelling and the legged locomotion learning robot.
