Annual General Meeting

The COVID-19 pandemic has required making important considerations for social distancing, respecting rules limiting the size of gatherings – but also for ensuring that those most vulnerable are not exposed to undue risk. As a result of these extenuating circumstances, the Board of Trustees for the Combination Pension Plan (CPP) and Money Purchase Pension Plan (MPP) have decided to forgo an in-person AGM this year, in order to ensure the safety of all Plan members and beneficiaries.

The Pension Board of Trustees recognizes their duty to inform and update the membership and that plan members & beneficiaries may have questions or concerns about the Plan in these uncertain times. For that purpose, this forum provides updates, information, and an opportunity to pose your questions to Board Trustees, much as you would do at an AGM.
