Planned network outage July 9
To facilitate equipment modernization, all campus internet access will be interrupted for a two-hour period beginning Saturday, July 9 at 11 p.m.
Services will be fully restored by 1 a.m. on July 10. UVic online services will not be available from on or off campus during this maintenance window.
Because the sign-in to UVic service is hosted on campus, users will be unable to sign in to any UVic online services including:
- Brightspace
- Banner (Online tools)
- FAST
- UVic websites
Users on campus will be unable to access the Internet. Access will be restored when maintenance is complete.
