In addition to my appointment as professor in law and philosophy, I am also the current chair of the Department of Philosophy.  My research focuses on issues in contemporary moral, political, and legal theory, with a special focus on distributive justice and equality; children, families, and justice; and democratic ethics.

My articles have appeared in journals such as: Politics and Society, The Canadian Journal of Philosophy, The Canadian Journal for Law and Jurisprudence, Law and Philosophy, Dialogue, The Journal of Applied Philosophy and the Chicago-Kent Law Review. I am an executive editor of the Canadian Journal of Philosophy.
