Nathan Lachowsky, assistant professor with the Faculty of Human and Social Development School of Public Health and Social Policy and a Scholar with the Michael Smith Foundation for Health Research, is applying recent CIHR funding to better understand trends in the incidence of HIV and barriers to prevention caused by stigma and inadequate sexual health education.
