- Create a UVic NetLink ID. You'll use this ID to log in to your course websites or online classrooms. If you've had a NetLink ID, check the status of your NetLink ID. If you have difficulty creating or accessing your NetLink account, please contact the UVic Computer Help Desk.
- Register for courses at UVic.
- Purchase course materials from the UVic Bookstore. Refund information: Please review the UVic Bookstore’s distance education return policy.
- Go through the student tips on the UVic Learn Anywhere site.
- Your courses will be located in a tool called "Brightspace." Courses will be available by noon of the first day of classes in each semester. To access Brightspace:
- Login to UVic.
- Login to Brightspace from "Online Tools" located in the upper right corner of the UVic website.
