By submitting this form, you permit the Gustavson School of Business to add commerce courses to your registration record. Be sure to check Online Tools to see your registration status for these commerce classes. If no commerce courses appear on your record after the 20th of the month in which you applied, then the application was not successful. If you no longer want to be in a commerce course, it is your responsibility to drop it via Online Tools.

In some situations, space may become available but the Gustavson School of Business may be unable to register you. Some reasons include: being already registered in courses, your schedule has a conflict or your registration is otherwise blocked. In this case, the school will place ONE phone call or email to notify you. For this reason, please list a phone number and/or email address on this form that you check and where we can leave a message. It is your responsibility to check your messages/email.

We accept request for registration forms from April 1-15 each year.
