About Keivan

Dr. Ahmadi earned his PhD from the University of Waterloo in 2012 and then completed a postdoctoral position at the University of British Columbia. In 2014, he joined Pratt and Whitney, Canada's manufacturing technology development team as an industrial postdoctoral researcher.

He became a faculty member at the University of Victoria (UVic) in 2015. His research interests primarily focus on dynamics and vibrations, with a particular emphasis on machine tool vibrations and chatter.
