Short Bio:
Forood Azargoshasbi is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Clair Lab in the Department of Civil Engineering, where his work contributes to advancing environmental solutions. He completed his PhD at the University of Victoria and holds a master's degree from the University of Tehran. His background is in environmental engineering, specifically in air pollution modeling. His research interests include city-scale climate change adaptation and mitigation, climate change impacts on population exposure to heat, and air pollution. He also explored the impacts of climate change on the probability of occurrence of extreme precipitation events at PCIC as a Data Scientist Intern.
