We offer a selection of event supplies that may be signed out for use on a temporary basis.
To book these supplies, please contact the Ceremonies and Events office or complete and submit a supply booking form to our office.

We have a 4 person golf cart available for rent. The golf cart may only be used on campus for UVic business by university employees. The driver(s) must provide a valid driver’s license.
Rates
Daily: $75.00
Hourly: $15 (2hr minimum)
We do not have flags or flag stands for use and rental. If your event requires the use of flags and/or poles, the Victoria Flag Shop has country, provincial and university flags, poles and stands available for rental.
