The conference venues are the University of Victoria, and the Parkside Hotel and Spa. 

The cost of registration for the 2023 conference is $340 (plus fees and taxes), which includes a reception on Sunday evening, breakfast and lunch on Monday and breakfast on Tuesday - as well as endless caffeine! We will arrange for a group dinner outing on Monday evening for those who are interested. 

Rooms at the Parkside are offered at a discounted rate for conference attendees; please book with the hotel directly and let them know you are a COWCUBS attendee when you reserve!
