History
The University of Victoria (UVic) purchased the Queenswood Campus in 2010 from the Sisters of St. Ann. In 2018, the property was rezoned to permit the renovation of the 26,000 square foot residence building into research and office use.
The site was originally a nursing facility under the Sisters of St. Ann.
