Biography
Yuhao Zhang received the B.Eng. and Ph.D. degrees in mechanical engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST), Wuhan, China, in 2017 and 2024, respectively. He was a postdoctoral research fellow with the State Key Laboratory of Intelligent Manufacturing Equipment and Technology, HUST, from 2024 to 2025. Since 2025, he has been a postdoctoral research fellow with the Applied Control and Information Processing Laboratory, University of Victoria, Canada.
His research interests include model predictive control, impedance control, humanoid and industrial robotics, robotic manufacturing, and robotic surgery.
