Ngozi is a PhD student in Law at the University of Victoria. His research focuses on the nature of the competition that exists between Chinese National oil companies and Western oil companies operating in Nigeria and how to effectively regulate the tendencies of such competition to exacerbate corruption in the oil industry.
He obtained his Master’s degree in law from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University, Toronto; and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Abia State University, Nigeria - where he served as the Speaker of the Students' Union Government Parliament. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar.
