Where: Hermann's Jazz Club, 753 View Street, Victoria, BC V8W 1J9

When: 6:30-8:30pm on March 7th, 2019

For Ideafest 2019, CBR and CAMTEC are putting on an event, Smart Materials for Better Lives, that proudly shows off the research of our members. Join us to explore innovation that could change the healthcare system. The students and researchers participating have a diverse array of expertise from neuroscience to orthopaedics. Attendees will get to see the latest in 3D tissue bioprinting, nano-scale drug delivery methods, innovations in modeling cancer and cancer therapy, as well as virtual reality in neuroscience and much more!

Each research group will set up a table with a hands on display or demo. Our presenters will start with short talks on their research then attendees will be able to walk around the tables to talk with the researchers and students, ask questions and see the displays. Participants listed below.

Light refreshments will be served.
