CAMTEC is excited to offer three student awards.
Breakthrough of the Month
The CAMTEC Student Breakthrough of the Month award will recognize outstanding scientific or technological contributions from CAMTEC graduate student members. A maximum of one award per month will be given. This award will include recognition and a certificate and $50. The monthly winner will be eligible for the Breakthrough of the Year award.
Submission Deadlines: Applications are due on the last day of the month at 11:59 pm.

Travel Certificate and Award
The CAMTEC Student Travel Award supports the participation of outstanding CAMTEC graduate student members in either national or international conferences. Each award includes $250 of travel support and a certificate. Applications will be welcomed throughout the year. Six awards will be given out each year: two in February, two in May, and two in October.
Submission Deadlines:
- Spring: January 31 at 11:59 pm
- Summer: April 30 at 11:59 pm
- Fall: September 30 at 11:59 pm

Breakthrough of the Year
The CAMTEC Student Breakthrough of the Year Award will recognize outstanding scientific or technological contributions from CAMTEC graduate student members who have won a Breakthrough of the Month award. Students who have received the Breakthrough of the Month award automatically will be eligible for Breakthrough of the Year. A maximum of three awards will be given each year. The winners will be announced at the CAMTEC Annual Symposium in late April. This award will include a cash amount (determined each year, depending on sponsorship level and number of awardees) and a certificate.
