New research puts climate policies to the test
An international research team found only 63 out of 1500 climate policies have led to substantial emissions reductions over the past two decades. The groundbreaking study published in Science reveals the keys to success according to shared characteristics for these cases: inclusion of tax and price incentives in well-designed policy mixes.
New study on doctor prescriptions

The largest medical study of its kind focusing on 1,000s of GP practices in the UK identified a weakness in the prescribing of medicines. UVic economist Felix Pretis and his Oxford co-authors developed a statistical tool that reveals delays in doctors' responses to new drug information.
