ONEcard service update

A major update to the UVic ONEcard system is planned for May 2-3, 2022. The following services will be affected during this period:

Door access

• You can still use your ONEcard for door access
• We cannot activate or de-activate ONEcards for door access

Paying with your ONEcard

• You cannot pay with your ONEcard during this period, including guest and gift cards.
• No balances can be provided, no funds loaded

UPass

• UPass will continue to work for bc transit
• Opt-in services may be affected

ONEcard office

• The office will not be able to take photos, use photo online submission, print cards, load funds or provide a UPass

We expect everything to back up and running normally by the end of day on Tuesday, May 3, 2022. Thank you for your patience.
