The following University of Victoria expert is available to media to discuss research-based tips to set and stick to new healthy lifestyle goals for 2022, as published in The Conversation Canada this week.

Ryan Rhodes (Exercise Science) is an expert in the psychology of physical activity and sedentary behaviour. As many people are setting new health goals at this time of year—such as healthy eating and physical activity—Rhodes can discuss why intentions often fail and how to make more effective goals.
