"on the Verge" writing contest

The annual on the Verge writing contest showcases and celebrates emerging UVic student voices with respect to equity, diversity and human rights. This year's theme is The Future.
Students are encouraged to submit entries in the following categories:
- poetry (150 lines max)
- fiction (1,500 words)
- non-fiction (1,500 words max)
- spoken word (3 minutes max)
Contest winners will receive cash prizes, a certificate and recognition.
Submit your entry by Feb. 1, 2019.
