Accepting applications for MEDS 433 (Winter 2021) Teaching Assistant

The teaching assistant position for MEDS 433 – Animals and Human Health (Winter 2021) is now open.

Applicants should possess an undergraduate degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Exercise Science, Physical and Health Education or acceptable equivalent. Prior experience as an instructor or teaching assistant would be an asset, but not a mandatory requirement.

The successful candidate will perform a number of duties under the supervision of the course instructor. These include, but are not limited to, attending scheduled virtual or in-person classes to assist with attendance taking and set-up of audio-visual aids and teaching / learning tools; assisting with student projects; marking assignments, midterm, and final projects; and making short presentations in class.
