This workshop covers the fundamental patterns of what extremely difficult behaviour (EDB) looks like, and the impact it has on the workplace. You will learn more about 'what EDB is'; who behaves this way, and why. You will also learn how to differentiate between normal, extreme, and disordered behaviour, and responses that can be effective in managing EDB. This session will provide knowledge and strategies to help you develop an effective response to your situation; you will also get essential legal information to help you carry out a fair and effective correction process.
