Course description

Effective supervision is the heart of strong business results. Regardless of position, you must grapple with strategy, strive for customer satisfaction and deliver concrete results. In all these tasks, skilled supervision has a profound positive impact on the supervisor, his or her employees and the business.

In the past, organizations identified and promoted competent individuals with little or no preparations for their new roles. Now, organizations have found more formal and effective methods of transitioning into supervisory roles.

During this course participants will explore and apply three Hallmarks of Supervisory Success, helping to develop strategies to effectively assume supervisory roles.
