Course description

Being a performance leader today requires helping people better manage their own jobs. The ability to set and reset performance expectations in a timely and straightforward manner is one of a manager’s most important skills.


This course provides participants with a process for handling conversations about performance expectations in a way that gains employee commitment and strengthens the working relationship. It explores five key actions for communicating performance expectation to employees including: writing opening and closing statements, communicate expectations, application of information to current position and action create implementation plans.
