Course description

This workshop reviews the procedural and substantive obligations in the various staff collective agreements with regards to probation periods for newly hired staff. Emphasis will be on the CUPE 951 and PEA collective agreements, but the workshop can also cover CUPE 971 and 4163 collective agreements should audience participants wish. This workshop is meant to provide opportunity for group discussion and is limited to 15 participants.
