Customer service at UVic is the building of relationships with staff, students, and faculty as well as the public. Every interaction provides an opportunity to strengthen and improve how we work together and build community. By the end of this half day course, you will be able to:

  • Serve customers well
  • Resolve customer service issues
Additionally, in this PILOT offering of our first new certificate course, you will have the opportunity to provide essential feedback for the success of our certificate courses.
