Who am I, who are they, and how on earth are we supposed to work together?

This workshop explores personality preferences and helps provide you with some answers and new perspectives by increasing your self-awareness and understanding of differences in people. You will also explore how your preferences influences how you communicate, make decisions, manage change, manage conflict and work in teams.

Pre-requisite: Participants in this course will need to complete an online Lumina Spark Assessment at least two weeks before the start date of this course.
