Turn a great idea into a successful web project! In this course, we will learn techniques to help you gather and understand your audiences needs and build requirements for departmental websites, Connect sites, and Online Academic Community blogs, and transform them into a plan. User experience, requirements definition and project planning templates will be provided.

Participants are encouraged to bring an existing web idea/project to this workshop. While the course will focus on user needs and requirements gathering for web projects, tools and techniques can be applied to other projects too.
