Department of Indigenous Education

The Department of Indigenous Education offers programs in Indigenous Language Revitalization and Teacher Education. Our language revitalization work is offered in partnership with First Nations with courses delivered in community. Our teacher education offerings are embedded within Indigenous perspectives and worldviews and strive to provide educators with the skills, knowledge and orientation to lift up Indigenous people and communities.
