UVic Submarine Racing Club finishes 4th in international competition
In their first year competing the University of Victoria Submarine Racing Club (UVSRC) finishes 4th overall in the 2018 European International Submarine Races held in Gosport England. The 10 team members who attended the competition: Manuel Dussault Gomez (Dive Leader), Aiden Massey (Pilot), Russ Hiltz (Support Diver), Daniel Snyder (Support Diver), Jaryd Middleton (Pilot), Andres Agresot (Support Diver), Konnor Davidson, Tim Jun, Ryan Foxall, Ryland Henderson also took home the following rewards.

- Best Prestentation
- Best Engineering Design Report
