Material for submission to Senate should be sent to the Office of the University Secretary, Room A138, Administrative Services Building by 12:00 p.m., two days prior to the meeting of the Senate Committee on Agenda and Governance. Electronic copies of any materials can be sent to usec2@uvic.ca.
