Part of the Adobe Creative Suite, Fireworks is a bitmap and vector graphics editor, aimed at web designers. It is compatible with the other programs within the Adobe Creative Suite family.

Key considerations
We are currently in the process of updating to Adobe Creative Suite 5.5; all lab stations have 5.5, but laptops may still be running CS3.
