The Education Students’ Association (EDSA) is an executive committee run by students, for students. Each year an executive body and representatives from each area of the program are elected.
The role of EDSA is to represent the Education student body, organize workshops for professional development, organize social activities, promote the professional sharing of resources and ideas, provide student representation in faculty committees, and act as a liaison and communicator between faculty and the student body.
The Faculty of Education Student’s Association presents this award to an education student who volunteers with both the university and the surrounding community. The student will also demonstrate a commitment to strong academic standing, and portray leadership abilities both in and out of the classroom. Interested in applying?
