Norman Ruff quoted about Trudeau's changes to senate
Thursday's Vancouver Sun took up the news of Liberal leader Justin Trudeau's decision to fire nearly half his caucus but the move is getting mixed reviews, reports the newspaper. Professor emeritus Norman Ruff was quoted as saying the Senate was designed to defend regional interests but hasn't been able to because of "the partisan appointments." VS
