Child Rights Institute moves

After more than a decade of partnership with UVic’s Centre for Global Studies, the International Institute for Child Rights and Development (IICRD) has relocated to downtown Victoria and joined the offices of a partnering agency also involved in international development. IICRD will be working with Royal Roads University to develop interdisciplinary educational programs with a concentration in child rights and is currently collaborating on a doctor’s degree of social sciences. IICRD will continue to deliver programming overseas in Southeast Asia, South America, Africa and with Aboriginal communities in BC, focusing on child protection and community development.
