University flag to be lowered for Day of Mourning

The university flag will be lowered on Sunday, April 28 to mark the Day of Mourning.

This national memorial day gives Canadians an opportunity each year to remember workers who have lost their lives, suffered injury or illness on the job, or experienced a work-related tragedy.

The Victoria event to remember those who have lost their lives on the job will take place on Sunday, April 28 at 11:30 a.m. at 3100 Foul Bay Road.
