Module 1: Cross-cultural Management
Learn how culture affects the way people do business in different countries. Working across borders can be challenging because of cultural differences. To succeed, managers need to understand these differences and develop a global mindset.
You will build skills in:
- adapting to different cultures
- communicating and working with people from different cultures
- negotiating across cultures
- being aware of and sensitive to cultural differences
- managing a diverse team

Module 2: Social Entrepreneurship
This module introduces the basics of social entrepreneurship—starting and running businesses that focus on positive social change.
You will:
- learn the key ideas in social entrepreneurship
- study real-life examples through case studies
- explore social enterprises in the Victoria area
- work in teams to analyze a case and apply what you’ve learned

Module 3: Global Strategy
Understand how to do business in a global market. This module provides tools to help make smart decisions when working internationally.
Topics include:
- how to choose the right international markets
- how to choose different ways to enter these markets
- how culture affects customers and employees
- how to plan for different markets
You’ll also learn how to think strategically about what makes a business successful in a global economy.
