Course overview
This course helps you build trust in your team and organization. You'll be better prepared to understand and effectively resolve complex issues. It focuses on how leaders build accountability, trust and commitment within teams.

Cancellations
Full refunds are provided for written cancellations received a minimum of 21 days before the program start date. Cancellations received with less than 21 days notice will be refunded less a $200 administration fee.
