Course overview
In this course, you'll learn how to improve your interest holder management skills. An interest holder is an individual, group or organization that is impacted by the outcome of a business venture or project. An interest holder has an interest in the success of a project. They can be internal or external to the organization.
Interest holder management is a project management process. Managing interest holders means:
- understanding what they want and need
- managing their expectations
- building strong relationships with them

Course content
Effective interest holder management requires 4 types of competencies:
- Intelligence quotient (IQ) for solving problems and decision making
- Emotional intelligence (EQ) for trust and relationship building
- Cultural intelligence (CQ) for managing diversity
- Team intelligence (TQ) for effective project team
In this workshop, you will develop these 4 competencies and learn how to apply them to effectively manage interest holders. You'll do this by analyzing relevant cases, theories and real life examples.

Cancellations
Full refunds are provided for written cancellations received a minimum of 21 days before the program start date. Cancellations received with less than 21 days notice will be refunded less a $200 administration fee.
