Course overview
Taught by a veteran PMP® exam prep instructor, this ‘boot camp’ style course takes place over 5 days. Learn the principles, methodologies and skills needed to pass the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP®) exam.
After the course ends, you can continue to contact the instructor by email for support while you study for the exam.
This course covers the 3 "domain" areas used in the PMP® exam:
- Business environment: the connection between projects and organizational strategy
- People: the soft skills you need to effectively lead a project team in today’s changing environment
- Process: the technical aspects of successfully managing projects
You'll prepare for the exam with 3 levels of sample exams:
- Foundational: “slow pitch” questions to verify you understand the basic terms and concepts
- Intermediate: more difficult questions across multiple topics
- Advanced: questions in the format of the actual PMP® exam

- hard copy of IPDI's The Ultimate PMP Certification Manual
- course road map with pre-class reading assignments and key diagrams
- access to the library of online Foundational, Intermediate and Advanced sample exams
- additional supplementary materials

Tuition includes all course materials and a certificate of completion.

Cancellations
Full refunds are provided for written cancellations received a minimum of 21 days before the program start date. Cancellations received with less than 21 days notice will be refunded less a $200 administration fee.
Note: This course fee does not include PMI membership or the PMP application cost. These are handled directly through PMI.

Doug Boebinger, PMP
Douglas (Doug) Boebinger is an independent project management trainer and consultant. He provides project management consulting, speaking, and training services to corporations, individuals, and organizations in North America and Europe through his company, Integrated Process Developers, Inc. As a corporate trainer and consultant, Doug specializes in project management consulting and project management training. He is a multi-time winner of the Masters Certificate in Project Management Award for Training Excellence from the Project Management Centre of Excellence at the Schulich Executive Education Centre.
Project management credits
Completion of this course provides the 35 project management contact hours required by PMI as part of their eligibility criteria for challenging the PMP® certification.
