Highlights

Two new residence buildings, locate in the heart of the residence precinct.

782 new dorm rooms, including new POD-style residence dorms fit with new student lounges and study spaces

A new dining hall to replace Cadboro Commons, capable of seating over 600 guests.

Two new classrooms, large enough to seat 230 students in each.

New conference rooms, Banquet rooms, and an Indigenous Students Lounge.

New commons area with a large greenspace for outdoor activities.

Residence buildings will be built on the basis of sustainable design, with Passive House Certification being pursued.
