Monthly server and database maintenance
University Systems has scheduled monthly online maintenance. Find out when downtime is scheduled for your favourite UVic applications.

In order to maintain a high level of cybersecurity, University Systems has scheduled regular maintenance (patching) for our servers and databases. These monthly maintenance windows mean that some UVic applications, such as CourseSpaces, the OAC, and MyPage will experience brief outages. As a result, we recommmended not scheduling online quizzes or assignment submissions during these times.

See the scheduled application maintenance (downtime) windows and monthly patch schedule to find out when your favourite UVic applications will be undergoing maintenance.

Please note that emergency patches may need to be applied on dates other than the scheduled maintenance windows.
