Request Immigration Services

Please submit a request for Immigration services through our new online service request form. Only active UVic faculty and staff can submit a request; If you are not an active UVic faculty or staff member, please have your UVic faculty or staff contact fill out the form on your behalf:

Once the request has been submitted, you will receive an automated confirmation email with a ticket number. Lori Shaw, UVic's Immigration Consultant, will respond to you directly to provide support.
