Locate both electronic and print materials available to UVic students.
- Library Search: Find books, articles, electronic sources, journals, government publications, and newspapers, as well as non-book materials such as videos and microforms
- Law course reserve: For materials recommended by professors for specific courses
Use the library
The Diana M. Priestly Law Library is open to the public and all university students regardless of faculty affiliation. However, some services are for UVic law students only.
Research help
The library provides the following research services:
- Ask a librarian: For help finding print material, ebooks, journals, and more.
- Research guides: On specific legal topics.
- Legal research videos: A series of short video tutorials for researching primary and secondary sources.
