BWC Exhaust and Heat Recovery Project – Phase 3 – Crane Lift
BWC - Loading Dock
Facilities Management is working with Aral Construction Ltd. to
replace the heat recovery piping for one of the Air Handling Units
(AHU-501) on the roof of BWC.
On Thursday, November 20, 2025 Aral Construction will be hoisting
materials to the roof of the Bob Wright Center. The equipment setup
and staging area are shown on the attached sketch. Please note
that there will be no parking or access allowed within this area for
the duration of the activity.
