In Memoriam: Kim Carver
The university flag will be lowered on May 4 in honour of Kim Carver, a Continuing Studies employee who passed away on April 7. Kim was a program assistant in the Business Management Programs area.
Kim joined the Division of Continuing Studies in 2014 and spent time in both the adult education and business portfolios. According to her colleagues, she was a steadfast member of the division, with a strong work ethic, a fabulous wit and a gift for storytelling.
Kim passed away on April 7 surrounded by her family and loved ones.
The university flag will be lowered to mark her birthday on May 4. A celebration of life will be arranged at a later date.
